Training & Mentorship

Micro Precision offers a wide range of practical, job-focused training to support employee growth and strengthen our operations. This includes hands-on training on our MAZAK CNC machine tools, professional development resources through American Management Association, and workforce programs available through EWIB. We also incorporate guidance and training from Connstep to improve processes and support continuous improvement. Our training is structured, purposeful, and designed to help employees build skills across many areas of the business.
