Chuck Cierpich
Engineering Manager
Chuck joined Micro Precision in 2026 and brings over 25 years of manufacturing experience, 15 of which working to supply the U.S. Navy. During his career he has served as a machinist, CNC programmer, principal manufacturing engineer, owned a machine shop, and has also taught engineering courses at a local college. Previously, Chuck has worked to build engineering teams with a focus on high mix low volume manufacturing, implementing standardization and adapting engineering practices in this challenging environment.
Jeff Spencer
Vice President and General Manager
A Connecticut native, Jeff brings over 20 years of aerospace manufacturing experience to the Micro Precision team. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a seasoned Lean Practitioner with a focus on Safety, Operational Excellence, and a passion for culture transformation. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University.
Gretchen Loda
HR Manager
Gretchen joined Micro Precision summer of 2026 with over 13 years’ experience in Human Resources in various industries including manufacturing. Additionally, Gretchen has experience in employee relations, HR strategy, recruitment, and many other HR functions. Gretchen holds an M.S. in Human Resources and three HR certifications SPHR, PHR, and aPHR. Gretchen focuses on employee customer service, efficiency, and building workplace structures for organizational development.
