Andrew Livingston
General Manager
Andrew assumed the role of General Manager in June 2021 following his retirement from the U.S. Navy. A nuclear-trained submariner; he served aboard three Los Angeles Class fast attack submarines — deploying several times in support of the Global War of Terror and national tasking unique to the Silent Service. He holds an undergraduate degree from Quinnipiac University.
Christian Kiraly
Program Manager
Christian joined Micro Precision in July 2022. As a Program Manager he is responsible for major business lines and leads internal data analytics. Prior to working at Micro Precision, Christian worked at Electric Boat Corporation as a Nuclear Test Engineer and Systems Engineer. He holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College.
John Gallonio
Manufacturing Manager
John joined Micro Precision in October 2022 and leads all machining operations. He began his career as a progressive tool and die maker and brings 15 years of CNC and wire EDM experience to the team.
Zachary Potter
Program Manager
Zack joined Micro Precision in November 2022 after serving six years in the U.S. Navy Submarine Force. He is responsible for all operations and production for Nathan Airchime (a subsidiary of Micro Precision).
Bill Piotroski
Production Manager
Bill joined the Micro Precision in July 2020. As Production Manager, he is responsible for complex assembly and test and overall shop production. Bill has over 30 years of experience in industrial design and manufacturing. Bill holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
Stuart Alexander
Contracts Manager
Stuart joined Micro Precision in 1990. Over his 30+ year career he served as a machinist, quality inspector, and Quality Manager before his current role as Contract Manger in 2000. Stuart’s wealth of knowledge and experience is vital to Micro Precision’s success and growth.
Christy Valle
Human Resources/Office Manager
Christy joined Micro Precision in 2018 as an administrative assistant. She is now responsible for Human Resource operations including recruiting, benefits, payroll, employee safety, employee reviews, and maintaining company policies and procedures. Bringing 20+ years of retail management experience, Christy is able to nurture a positive working environment, and maintain management and employee relations.
