Andrew Livingston
Vice President and General Manager
Andrew joined Micro Precision Group in 2021 following a career in the US Navy. A nuclear-trained submariner; he served aboard three Los Angeles Class fast attack submarines, deploying several times in support of the Global War of Terror and national tasking unique to the Silent Service. He holds an undergraduate degree from Quinnipiac University.
Dan McCrory
Director of Operations
Dan joined Micro Precision in 2024, bringing 30 years of manufacturing excellence to the team. He has served in many senior leadership roles with extensive lean manufacturing experience. He holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Christian Kiraly
Nathan Airchime Business Manager
Christian joined Micro Precision in 2022 and has held a variety of roles prior to taking responsibility for the Nathan Airchime business segment. Prior to Micro Precision, Christian worked at Electric Boat Corporation as a Nuclear Test Engineer and Systems Engineer. He holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College.
Stuart Alexander
Engineering and Sales Manager
Stuart joined Micro Precision in 1990. Over his 30+ year career he served as a machinist, quality inspector, Quality Manager and Contract Manager. Leading the Engineering and Sales team, his wealth of knowledge and experience is vital to Micro Precision’s continued success and growth.
Christy Valle
Human Resources/Office Manager
Christy joined Micro Precision in 2018 as an administrative assistant. She is now responsible for Human Resource operations including recruiting, benefits, payroll, employee safety, employee reviews, and maintaining company policies and procedures. Bringing 20+ years of retail management experience, Christy is able to nurture a positive working environment, and maintain management and employee relations.
